2020 Serenity Ridge Dialogues: Body, Breath & Mind
October 9 - 11, 2020
Join Us for an Online Summit at the Frontier of Body, Breath, and Mind
When we bring our attention to our body, our breath, and our mind, what happens, and why? How does our relationship to sensations, thoughts, and perceptions change through spiritual or energetic practices? Can science and medicine inform what and how we practice?
Join Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche, leading scientists, physicians, and practitioners for an online summit featuring deep conversations on these and other questions at the intersection of scientific and spiritual knowledge about body, breath, and mind.

Medicine, philosophy, neuroscience, physiology, yoga, and other movement-based and contemplative traditions are at the heart of this event. The symposium will include two dialogues moderated by Wisdom Publications CEO Daniel Aitken:
- Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche and Mingyur Rinpoche discuss meditation and science
- Deepak Chopra and Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche discuss wellness and thriving in the time of coronavirus
Each session the following two days includes a presentation on recent scientific or medical findings followed by a moderated discussion. Meditation and yoga classes reflecting what is being discussed are interspersed throughout each day.
This will be a weekend of connecting with wise and inspiring leaders, and reconnecting with our own bodies, breath, and mind, during what is for many of us a time of unsurpassed challenge.
This event builds and expands on the science and spirituality conferences that Ligmincha International has hosted since 2010. The Dialogues format facilitates in-depth explorations of themes vital to understanding human well-being. Don’t miss this opportunity to be part of an evolving dialogue that probes the intersections of contemporary science and contemplative understandings of being human. All are welcome to attend.
