Geshe Yungdrung Gyatso will teach on The Four Wheels of Bön. This is the essential foundation for the methods and practices in Yungdrung Bön.
The Four Wheels of Bön is taken from the 16th chapter of the 12th volume of the long version of Buddha Tonpa Shenrap’s biography.The Four Wheels of Bön summarizes all the essential and key practices of Yungdrung Bön.
The Four Wheels are:

Take the highest view, the view of Dzögchen.

Step up your activities starting from the smallest virtues.

Whatever practice you do, take compassion as the base.

Practice the ten paramitas with determination.
Meditation cushions and chairs will be available. At the conclusion, there will be an opportunity to offer a khata (Tibetan ritual offering scarf, available in our shop) to Geshe Gyatso.

Geshe Yungdrung Gyatso
Geshe Yungdrung Gyatso is the resident lama of Ligmincha Poland. He lives in the Chamma Ling Poland center in Wilga, near Warsaw. He also teaches throughout Europe.
