This registration is to prepare Serenity Ridge staff to properly greet and prepare for you for our overnight service retreat. Those who will be returning for Spring Retreat the following week will be assigned to the same room that they will receive later in the week. Thank you as always for your service and willingness to help Serenity Ridge stay vibrant!
Service Retreat Schedule:
- Saturday, March 26
- 9:30am — 9:45am Arrivals and Covid Clearance
- 10:00am — 12:30pm Service Hours
- 12:30pm — 1:00pm Break
- 1:00pm — 1:45pm Lunch
- 1:45pm — 2:00pm Lunch Cleanup
- 2:00pm — 5:30pm Return to Service Hours
- 5:30pm — 6:00pm Cleanup and Break
- 6:00pm — 6:45pm Dinner
- 6:45pm — 7:00pm Dinner Cleanup
- 7:00pm — 8:30pm Possible Teaching/Service, Campfire, and/or Community Share
- Sunday, March 27
- 7:30am — 8:15am Practice
- 8:30am — 9:15am Breakfast
- 9:15am — 9:30am Breakfast clean-up
- 9:30am — 10:00am Flag Raising Preparation
- 10:00am — 11:30am Flag Raisings: Gompa and Driveway
- 11:30am End of Service Retreat
