October 31st Ngnodro Practice with Kim Cary Onsite and Online

Many in our sangha have received teachings on the Ngöndro (preliminary) practices from the Experiential Transmission of Zhang Zhung, either through in-person teachings at Serenity Ridge or online through Ligmincha Learning.
If you have already received these teachings from Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche or another Bön lama, you are warmly invited to join us for a morning of practice together.

Following the practice, please join us for an informal tea gathering in the Garuda House Lounge.
Please bring: Your Ngöndro practice book and a mala.
Extra practice texts will be available if needed.
