Online: 2025 Tummo Practice Retreat with Geshe Yungdrung Gyatso
with Geshe Yungdrung Gyatso
January 6 - 11, 2025
Join us this January for a Tummo practice retreat from Serenity Ridge! Tummo is a powerful practice for clearing obstacles to meditation, and building health in body, speech and mind.
This retreat is open to newcomers as well as those who have already received the Tummo teachings. During the first three days of the retreat, Geshe Gyatso will give an introduction and review the practices, and the remaining days will focus more on practice.
Students who have the time are strongly encouraged to stay for the full week to experience the fullest ripening of their practice. Because the mission of Ligmincha is not only to preserve and share the Bön teachings but also to see their capacity for personal and social transformation come to fruition, the cost of attending practice retreats is kept to a minimum.
