Red Garuda Retreat – Transform and Heal with Geshe Yungdrung Gyatso

Transform and heal with the Red Garuda in this powerful Bön Buddhist meditation retreat with Geshe Yungdrung Gyatso. The Red Garuda practice, an ancient method from the Tibetan Bön tradition, supports releasing negativity, cultivating inner strength, and restoring balance in body, mind, and environment.

Across cultures, the garuda—the eagle-man who rises above ordinary existence—symbolizes the transcendent wisdom and courage within each person, empowering practitioners to overcome obstacles and deepen spiritual growth.

The Red Garuda, associated with the fire element, is a potent practice for healing emotional and physical challenges, enhancing vitality, and harmonizing relationships with oneself and others. Its energy also addresses issues connected to the nagas, the beings of the waters, supporting personal and environmental balance.

This retreat is a rare opportunity to experience Geshe Yungdrung Gyatso’s warm, engaging guidance while connecting with your inner power, courage, and wisdom. This retreat provides a rare opportunity to release limiting patterns, cultivate courage and vitality, and step into greater harmony with the world.
