Transform and Heal with the Red Garuda

Join Geshe Yungdrung Gyatso for a powerful retreat exploring the Red Garuda practice, an ancient Bön method for releasing negativity, building inner strength, and restoring balance in body, mind, and environment.

Mythologies around the world tell of the eagle-man—the one who rises above ordinary existence to connect with the wisdom of the luminous sky. From the western Himalayas to India, the Mongolian plains, and the Indonesian archipelago, the garuda symbolizes this transcendent quality within all humans, empowering us and removing obstacles to our spiritual growth.

The Red Garuda, linked to the fire element, is especially known as a healing practice for emotional and physical challenges, both for ourselves and others. Its fiery energy quickly dissolves obstacles and can also help resolve issues related to the nagas, the beings of the waters.

This retreat is a rare opportunity to experience Geshe Yungdrung Gyatso’s warm, engaging guidance while connecting with your inner power, courage, and wisdom. Reconnect with yourself, cultivate fearlessness and vitality, and step into greater harmony with the world around you.
