Experience a spring wellness retreat with Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche at Serenity Ridge Retreat Center in Shipman, Virginia. Over three days, immerse yourself in meditation, Tibetan Yoga, mindfulness, and nature-based practices to release stress, enhance energy, support health, and deepen inner peace.
