Geshe Yungdrung Gyatso, resident lama of Ligmincha Poland, will be at Serenity Ridge in December and January. This is a great opportunity to learn more about him, practice together, and socialize while discovering more about our center.
Everyone is welcome to this free event!
Schedule:
9:30 a.m.–9:45 a.m.: Arrival – Enjoy tea and coffee while connecting with others
10:00 a.m.–10:30 a.m.: Dharma Talk with Geshe Yungdrung Gyatso – Learn more about the Bön teachings
10:30 a.m.–11:00 a.m: Guided Meditation Practice with Geshe Yungdrung Gyatso – Rest in meditation, connect to yourself
11:00 a.m: Tour – Explore the beautiful grounds of our retreat center and learn about our activities and mission
After the tour, please join us for holiday snacks, tea, and social time to get to know one another!
About the Teacher
Geshe Yungdrung Gyatso
Geshe Yungdrung Gyatso is the resident lama of Ligmincha Poland. He lives in the Chamma Ling Poland center in Wilga, near Warsaw. He also teaches throughout Europe.
