The Sleep Health Retreat
Science, Rest, and Renewal

With Danny Lewin, PhD, Ed O’Malley, PhD, and Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche

Sleep affects nearly every part of your health — your mood, your memory, your body’s ability to heal. This retreat offers a rare, integrative approach to sleep and circadian health, led by two of the field’s most experienced clinicians, with additional guidance from a respected teacher of contemplative practice.

Decades of clinical experience

Drs. Lewin and O’Malley bring 60 years of combined experience in sleep medicine — training thousands of clinicians and treating thousands of patients. Their work sits at the leading edge of sleep science: wearable technology, biofeedback, neurofeedback, and a growing understanding of sleep disorders. Alongside that clinical expertise, they’ve come to see sleep and dream health as more than physical — which is why this retreat also includes guidance from Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche on contemplative approaches to rest and awareness.

What you’ll experience

  • A personalized sleep assessment, evaluating your sleep health and any underlying obstacles
  • Individual and group support to build a sleep and circadian health plan that fits your life
  • Biofeedback and neurofeedback, state-of-the-art tools to calm an anxious nervous system and support lasting change
  • Practical education connecting sleep science with nutrition, movement, and daily rhythm
  • Daily reflections from Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche, offering a complementary contemplative perspective on rest and presence

Whether you’re managing a diagnosed sleep disorder or simply want to understand and improve your sleep, this retreat offers real clinical guidance grounded in decades of expertise.
